Take Your Position and Watch

In the world today there are many violent actions against different nations. This is seen in the attacks that took place on September 11, 2001, recent bombings in London, war on terrorism and the things that are taking place in Gaza and Israel. Because of things that are taking place many people blame those in authority, mainly our President. There are also those crying out asking YAHveh why and when will it stop.
In Habakkuk chapter one, Habakkuk is crying out to YAHveh because of the violent acts that are taking place where he lives. In verses 2 through 5 it says: "How long, O Lord, will Your ears be shut to my voice? I make an outcry to You about violent behavior, but You do not send salvation. Why do You make me see evil-doing, and why are my eyes fixed on wrong? For wasting and violent acts are before me: and there is fighting and bitter argument. For this reason the law is feeble and decisions are not effected: for the upright man is circled round by evil-doers; because of which right is twisted. See among the nations, and take note, and be full of wonder: for in your days I am doing a work in which you will have no belief, even if news of it is given to you."
This chapter is about Habakkuk crying out to the Lord about the things that are taking place around him, but he does not receive an answer. Then in Chapter 2:1 it says: "I will take my position and be on watch, placing myself on my tower, looking out to see what He will say to me, and what answer He will give to my protest." Once Habakkuk takes his place YAHveh immediately answers him.
If you are not already on the wall, now is the time to get in position and watch to see what the Lord will say! He will pour out revelation, wisdom and strategies so we must listen and be still to know He is God. When YAHshua and the disciples went to the Garden of Gethsemane He asked the disciples, "Can you not WATCH and pray with Me for one hour?" It is time for us to wake up and come to a place of watching. It is very important to pray, so we must watch, to know what to pray. We must stay in place and not be moved. When we see the enemies tactics or we see that YAHveh is about to release something from the heavenlies we are to report it to those in authority and begin to pray it through. So today as we see all the violent acts taking place in the world, watch and pray so that we will not give into temptation and we will know what is taking place in the heavenlies. We can not take what is happening in the natural to be a completely negative thing because what is happening in the spiritual realm is above and beyond anything we could ever think or imagine.
