Community

Our Home: Columbus Georgia.

Victorious Living Chapel is located in Columbus, Georgia’s third-largest city. Columbus is a vibrant and growing community. One of our key visions is "To serve our local community and unify The Church." Jesus (YAHshua) lived to serve others and unify all with His love. The following is a listing of areas where we are reaching to the community. Our hope is that you identify with these areas and see a place where you can release the ministry gift in you. We invite you to join us!

24 Hour Prayer & Counsel

A V.L.C. member receives Personal Prophecy

Victorious Living Chapel provides to the general public a 24 hour prayer and spiritual counseling service. Many have received strength, comfort, direction, and spiritual insight through this very vital outreach by simply dialing 706-576-MEET (6338) and speaking with a counselor. You may also send an online prayer request.

Prayer and Intercession

Intercessors meet Wednesday evenings from 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. Everyone is invited to our designated time of prayer and sharing. Prayer is continuously offered for our local community and the nation.

Are you called to Pray and Intercede?

Prayer is a privilege and an obligation of the Christian where we communicate with God. It is how we convey our confession (1 John 1:9), requests (1 Tim. 2:1-3), intercessions (James 5:15), thanksgiving (Phil. 4:6), etc., to our holy God. We are commanded to pray (1 Thess. 5:17).

Some personal requirements of prayer are a pure heart (Psalm 66:18), belief in Christ (John 14:13), and that the prayer be according to God's will (1 John 5:13). We can pray standing (Neh. 9:5), kneeling (Ezra 9:5), sitting (1 Chron. 17:16-27), bowing (Exodus 34:8), and with lifted hands (1 Tim. 2:8).

For more information on Prayer and Intercession please contact our pastoral staff.

Prison Ministry

Deepen your relationship with Jesus, and take the Gospel to prisoners, a group that society often scorns and neglects.

Focus Groups

Throughout the calendar year, members gather in small groups to experience the kind of close relationships that are not always possible on regular morning services. Small groups provide the opportunity for us to get to know one another personally, to spend time talking at length about the things of God; to pray for one another, or to experience God’s ministry through others. You can attend groups that focus on community and friendship, or that focus on growing in our walk with Jesus (YAHshua), or you can attend a group to receive prayer.
